  • OMG the phone lady is rude... I have food allergies and needed to make sure what I was ordering did not contain nuts. She informed me that they were very busy because of the hockey game and then said "HOLD" and hung up on me. I called back and she said she doesnt have time to go over the entire menu with me and for me to call back when I knew what I wanted, then she hung up on me again. Grimaldis was more than accommodating.
