I came here while they were running their anniversary promotion, and got to take class for free. I took class with Christopher, who was super motivating, had great music, and exciting. I enjoyed my ride, but wasn't a fan of all of the choreography. I felt like there was too much going on trying to do all of the extra arm moves for what felt like the majority of the class. Normally in a spin class, I do like a song with weights and maybe some presses on the bike here and there, but I was reaching across and behind and all over the bike and it was a bit much. They do have technology to see how many miles and what place you are in the class, but I wish the bikes also had something to see your gears. It may have been on the screen, but I didn't notice that. The locker rooms were super clean and staff was friendly.
