I had the WORST experience at Parks Chevrolet at the Lake. I spent 10 minutes looking for a sales person to assist me (I was the ONLY customer on the lot). As I asked questions about the car I wanted to purchase the sales associate was texting on his phone and ignoring me. When I asked if there was any way he could get more information for me he laughed and said that maybe he could help me if I wanted a Chevy Malibu....he also told me that it was "pointless" to look under the hood of the 2012 vehicle I was test driving, presumably because I am a woman. When I asked to speak to a manager to get the information I needed the manager spent 5 minutes telling me about a number of other cars that he had sold and that he didnt really "need" to sell me a car.....I walked off the lot and spent my $20,000 down the road. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER experienced at a car dealership. You'd be better off buying a car off of ebay.
