Absolute worst customer service ever . Got here about four p.m. on a Monday . There were 4 people behind the front desk and only one was checking in people. That one person instead of checking in my guest took care of proximately 12 people behind us. Until I finally said something. The manager /vp was in the manager office with three young ladies all of them just chatting and smiling. They all need a lesson in what customer service should be. I'm trying to figure out why we pay so much for fees if it isn't about service.
