This has to be one of the worst run business I have ever been to and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Our group paid for our shoe rental and games up front, once we started bowling we were then informed that our lane was going to be shut down in 45 minutes. They should have told us this before we even paid and started bowling. Originally we were told we would have to leave the bowling alley and come back in 30 minutes which was when the bowling special for the night would start, after talking to a more competent employee we were told we could wait in the bar. While we were waiting the attendant came up and told us we did not pay for the games, when we started to dispute this he became very disrespectful and accusatory. The games are $4, clearly the money wasn't the issue for us it was the way he was treating our group. After arguing with us for 15 minutes he went back to count his drawer. At no time would he bring us a manager. We asked to speak to a manager multiple times over the course of 2 hours and no one ever came. In the end they issued us free games of bowling and sent us out the door, we never even got to discuss the situation.
I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. No one should be spoken to the way he spoke to us. Giving someone vouchers instead of rectifying the situation is unacceptable.
