  • I'm giving one star, because I can't give "0". We've used Cacti for several months, and are HIGHLY disappointed in their lack of customer service. We have weeds growing in our yard, despite the company supposedly spraying for weeds. The first time they came out to do our maintenance, we found a pile of leaves behind our AC unit. They have excuse after excuse as to why things aren't done. We had two trees that were leaning because their support stakes were coming out of the ground....obviously, they've never been checked by the crews. The foreman's response? "We didn't put them in". They should still be checked by a maintaince crew! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE CACTI LANDSCAPE! I just got off the phone with the owner of Cacti. He had the nerve to tell me that posting a negative review on yelp was "childish". Really? Brett, you don't want people to know how you treat customers?
