  • I love this little shop. The walls are lined with large silver dispensers and one side is all balsamic vinegar concoctions and the other is all olive oils. You are able to taste all the products before you buy, by dispensing it into little cups, which is good because at $18 a bottle, you want to make sure you like what you are getting. I've bought the mushroom sage olive oil, 18 year balsamic (amazing if you are a vinegar lover like me) and a Tuscan blend olive oil. There are some pairings you would never think of like mango vinegar, and others that are so obvious, they are perfect (truffle olive oil). They also have some delicious flavored pastas and other accouterments. I highly recommend a trip to check it out. It's full of great hostess gifts or a gift for yourself!
