  • I had a horrible experience with the manager Pam at The Chandler Pavillon location in Ahwatukee . I currently paid for a resize and diamond tighten at Jared Volt at Mills Mall and was not satisfied... My diamond fell out two weeks later after receiving it so clearly I paid for a service that was not done. On top of that my ring came back a size 7 when it should of been a size 5 1/2. So after dropping my ring off for headquarters to replace my diamond I was not contacted when it came in... lone and behold it was sitting there for 3 weeks. Of course the man apologized whatever I'm moving on so then I take my rings to Jared Jewelers at Chandler Pavilion an had amazing service with there Jewler BUT THE MANAGER PAM could we say classless she began to tell me that they did me a favor on servicing my ring due to me not paying for the servicing at there location.... Seriously it doesn't matter where you buy your servicing as long as it's through a Jared Company ( that's what I found to be awesome) if your not happy with the quality of work within the warranty period you can take it to ANY location why I know this is because I called HEADQUARTERS!!! She never apologized she continued to talk down to me and was trying to belittle me in front of the staff stating I ended up getting a free service never sent me home with a pink slip ( telling me this service shouldn't of happened in the first place and had no right to it!) WHAT!!!!! sorry honey but this service I ended up getting today was not FREE ITS CALLED WARRANTY! She needs to get demoted from her title of Management a manager knows the rules and regulations of warranties.
