Not happy with the service given to me my fiancé and my soon to be mother in law yesterday. I registered in January and was told I would be called or have the registration cards sent to me. It's July, I am now sending my shower cards out with generic hand typed cards I did myself. I have been back 5 times since January to find out where the cards are well yesterday I was pretty upset that they still had none and I am sending my shower cards out in two days. The gentlemen I spoke with was very understanding and tried to help the best way he could by calling other locations and even printing out the info I would need to create my own. I appreciate him but as we were speaking with him this rude ignorant nosey woman who I am assuming is a manager. Tall bigger woman with reddish brown hair I believe it was chimes in without being asked with an attitude about how I have to just deal with it because it's wedding season. She was unapologetic ignorant and failed to realized I registered in January!!!!!! So it was NOT wedding season not to mention nobody asked her she just decided to be a jerk and add in her two sense which was not needed. I did not appreciate her rudeness attitude smart remarks and ignorant glances. As a bride and as I am getting married in less than four months this is a difficult busy stressful time and when I am told I will be sent or called about something I would hope professionally it will be done and that 7 months later I am not being told they still cannot help me. I also don't expect to be treated like that at a place I am giving business to by registering in the first place so now I am considering pulling from my registration and going elsewhere. This experience was horrible and if that is how she treats customers she shouldn't have a job there. Again I appreciate the gentlemen who took the time to understand even if pretending and help us the best way he can but her, she is an asshole and needs to reevaluate herself because she is unprofessional and rude and should not being working with customers. I won't be back and I doubt anyone I know will be either including for a registry that as I write this I am so frustrated that I just am going to pull my registry.
