  • Not a review of this address specifically. It is where I store my stuff, until now. I am writing this because of their entire method(s) of payment that is beyond illegal. You can't pay unless you physically go to the business. Oh, it says o\n their website you can do it all online. Good luck with that! Try to create an account online? Nope... "There is something wrong with our server." Here's a novel idea US Storage Centers: Fix it! In this day and age, if you offer anything online, make sure you can do what you say you can do. Try to make a payment on their 'Free Automated Phone Payment System..." Nope, not there either!... They just transfer your 'payment call" to the same damn music you get while on hold when just trying to contact them about how horrible their system is. Oh, and then they disconnect you. Five times I have tried to make a payment in the last 10 minutes with the exact same result as above. I have yet to speak with anyone, in person on the phone. Just that exceptionally annoying music while on hold. It is all to make people late on payments and jack up late fees (I am trying to pay early!). Oh, "you can call and give your credit card number to someone on the phone" whom you have never met, seen or can trust... if you can even get past the annoying music while on hold and then they just hang up. 100% Scam! I will be turning this issue over to the state attorney generals office for investigation.
