  • Don't be fooled by the nice gym... there contracts may have low prices but there customer service and inability to help there customers isn't worth the price... my car was broken into while at the gym, I asked if I could have my membership canceled with no penalty & they want me to pay 75% of my remainder bill, they declined even letting me see the footage or anything... I asked to speak with the manager & the lady declined... she never once had any remorse or apologized for the incident... her unsympathetic approach was rude and unhelpful... this clearly isn't the first time it has happened, the manager Kevin at the time stated that if need be I could view the footage considering I parked 5 feet away from the front door & it would take a day or two for me to view it... then having being told that I wouldn't be able to show the business lack of remorse & willing to help there customers
