  • After four years in Charlotte looking for good Indian food I think we found it. We came from New York City where the choices were endless and really good. Copper really lives up to expectations. Consistently delicious food, very friendly and helpful staff and an eclectic environment. Both take out and dining in have been great experiences. They have great lunch specials as well and are happy to adjust spicyness to your taste.
