  • My family had been patients of Riviera opticare for years. My son was seen by Dr Jung in November and received a new prescription for lenses. We went to the office on March 14th with the intent to purchase new frames and we were completely ignored by the opticians. There were two opticians sitting at tables with no patients and no one offered to assist us. After being ignored for several minutes, we finally left and went elsewhere and purchased 2 pairs of glasses. I called to let the office manager know what had happened. The receptionist took down my name and number and nobody has called me back.
