  • This is just a small little shack next to a car wash. I pulled up to the side and the girl that worked there walked out, asked me how I was doing, made some small talk, put the DOO HICKEY THINGY in my cars computer, checked under the hood, collected $22, started the test, made more small talk, told me that I could register my car through them, told me I passed, gave me a print out of my test and off I went. Painless and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. What more do you want?
