  • Worst service ever. I called in advance, made an appointment and the owner (woman sitting next to the front desk) was rude to me the entire time while waiting. After 45 minutes and watching people without appointments get their services done, I finally said something. The reason being is because when I asked the nice gentlemen what was going on, he replied "I'm sorry she took those two ladies in front of you". She tried to lie and say that the other people in the salon did not know how to perform the service I had requested... really?? I didn't know that you can hire a whole staff that didn't know how to provide a SIMPLE GEL MANICURE. I went to this place because my fiance would go to see Hannah for pedicures (not to mention tip her extremely well). NOT ANYMORE!!!!! We are locals and will be sure to spread the word. I felt that I was discriminated against personally, but I will share the reasons for that with others I know that will no longer be patrons. I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years, NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DISCRIMINATION in VEGAS.
