rev:text	I stayed at this location for roughly 2 months. It's located near the highway which is the only plus. The front desk staff was rude and lacked the knowledge to properly run the hotel. All I remember is lazy, incompetent people at the front desk. The younger lady was always on her cell phone when I would go to the front desk for something. I loved hearing all her sighs after each request that I made. :( The rooms are as they appear on the site. I never walk barefoot on any hotel carpet and I definitely didn't walk on theirs. It seemed really gross and old. The towels were really hard...similar to sand paper! I would often request new towels and have to wait four hours because they didn't have an adequate supply on the premises. What I'm about to write is really epic for this day and age. The hotel charges you for Internet access. Yes, you read that correctly. They use an outside company that charges you for the Internet when wi-fi should be included. In addition, the Internet service that you do order is crappy and slow. I couldn't even play any of my games without glitches. The checkout process was horrible. I signed up for a promotion to get $200 added back to my card after my stay. Well, I had to remind the manager of the promotion. In addition, he spent over 20 minutes trying to get the amount added back to my card. Originally, he only wanted to give me back $90 because that's as close as he could get to the amount because of their computer systems which is totally wrong. I stayed there until he got it right. Overall the entire experience was horrible and as God as my witness..."I will never stay at another extended stay again!"
