  • Admittedly I'm tied to another review (Ally Cox) But Jim is worth 10 stars out of 5. From the beginning, he was amazingly helpful with setting up cruise information. We knew nothing about the idea and he was on the ball with suggesting ideas and which boats to try. Better yet he made sure we were covered in case of emergency. When disaster struck and my wife fractured her ankle, Jim was right there on the phone call or text away making sure we had a place to stay while in the Bahamas and asking about my flights. We'll always come back to Jim for any vacation needs. And with the wanderlust my wife and I have. You bet it'll be often.
