rev:text	Simple brake job and oil change turned worst customer service experience ever!! From Harry the regional manager to Mike the store manager to Robert with a really smart mouth, all terrible!! Steve was the only person that was pleasant to deal with. Took my car in for a front brake job and oil change. Picked car up 2 hours later. 5 mins down the road on the way to work, brakes are grinding while just driving. Called and said I will be bringing it back the next day as I couldn't miss work. Brought it back in the next morning and said I needed to pick it up by 2 to be at work on time. Mind you this gives them 6 hours to fix a 2 hour original brake job. Call at 2, car isn't even in yet?!?! I'm sorry, what?!?! You did something wrong and you still haven't started knowing your job was a fail and your customer stated he had work?!?! And after it all, you admit to putting defective brakes on my car?!?!?Needless to say and in a nut shell, 2 hour job turned 2.5 days. Regional said he would investigate. Investigate?!?! Think this is pretty clear. Not sure what's to "investigate"?!?! Offered an oil change? Didn't I just pay you for an oil change?!? No, I don't need a free oil change. I want a refund. The cost of the Uber's I took was almost the full amount of the job. Harry the regional said after investigation, no refund?!?! I'm sorry, what?!? And also Harry must own Just Brakes because he says he's last in line of corporate to speak with. Um no. I will update review after I speak with Harrys boss!! This would be a zero star if yelp would allow it!! And now a sad response from Sarah from Just Brakes. This company is a joke!!!
