  • Horrible customer service from the front door associate a young Hispanic woman and her supervisor, extremely unprofessional, poor communication skills, lack of customer service. They need to be better trained, lack of experience keeping it together while doing a high volume of sales during a weekend. My experience was from Saturday December the 12th around 1:00 pm I will say, this is the first time in many years I've encountered issues with Costco.
