  • I used Suburban Elite twice in two days. Both drivers were on time, extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Their driving was solid (no speeding, etc.). Both vehicles were clean (10 of 10) and looked new. I was able to text with the drivers which gave me peace of mind. In fact, when I contacted one driver (perhaps business owner) about another ride, he suggested I check with the hotel to see if they had a shuttle - very unselfish and thoughtful of him, looking to save us money. Overall experience was a 10!
