  • I walked in and was immediately greeted by their staff so that was nice to start I sat about 10 mins or so then was greeted with a nice beautiful smile by Gaby, it was a wonderful experience all throughout the process. I felt at home and welcome right away The process was smooth and fast and now I am a One Nevada member =] I am very pleased with the customer service. Gaby gladly answered all my questions and concerns. And while we were waiting for the system to process my account. She even shared with me her fear of scorpions lol It really made me feel like they actually care for their members. Instead of just being an automated number like the big banks. All in all I am very happy with my new Credit Union and even more happier to the great service provided by Gaby. Keep up the great work!
