| - I wanted to like this place. I've been to the Crocker Park location, and my experience was good. I get massages on a fairly regular basis.
The staff here was friendly, and my therapist was friendly, but incredibly rough; the pressure on my deep tissue massage was good, but at one point, he literally stuck his elbow in my shoulder blade to the point where it hurt; what is the point of digging your elbow into someone's bone...? Overall, it felt like he was inexperienced. He placed hot stones on my back, which I tolerated okay--but here I am, 8 hours later, with perfectly round burns on my extremely sore back. He spent 90% of this massage on my back, and 10% working on my neck and shoulders--which was what I had stated I needed help with at the very start. I was shocked when it was over, because I had barely spent any time facing up. I get deep tissue massages almost every time I go, and I have NEVER felt sore with back pain like this. Maybe the other therapists are different?
