This location is in a nice area and I've only ever liked Smiths because of the self check out and not having to deal with employees. But the other night came in and self checkout was busy and there was only one line with a cashier. A gentleman opened ONE register for one customer and I accidentally went in that line not paying attention, apologized when it was my turn and he was bitter, angry and had a sour face. But who do you complain too about bad customer service when it's the Customer Service Manager named (David) .. YELP.
haha. Been going to this location for 3 years and drive out of my way even when I moved closer to a Vons and Albertsons. The employees helping with the self checkout are definitely way more friendly then the manager. I will NOT be going to this location anymore. Rubbed me the wrong way and I work on the strip with tons of tourists and difficult guests all the time. Thanks, but no thanks!
