  • Terrible experience... Pharmacists here kept dishing out incorrect info and had me waiting around for 4 days. Put me right back at square one. A new pharmacy technician + 15 minute hold times each call I made (which ranged from 2-5 times a day because no one was helping me!!!!)??? After 72 grueling hours of missing my last dose of an important medication, that should have been filled DAYS ago, I was at my wits end. Finally said screw it and took my business to Albertsons(Savon Pharmacy). When I told them about the spiels Walgreens kept feeding me (some about certain "Nevada laws requiring this and that") the Albertsons pharm tech laughed, shook her head and told me thats ridiculous and they'll have my prescription there within 2 hours. An hour later I received my prescription, coupons to help reduce price as I've just moved here an overall OUTSTANDING customer service experience. Can't say the same for Walgreens. Boooo. They must be really going downhill. Y'all just lost a (once) loyal customer.
