| - Visited the shop to have a ring resized yesterday. I walk in and am half heartedly greeted by Jessica, a saleswoman. I wait for at least 15 minutes for her to finish with another client. After she's finished, she goes in the back. She then walks past me saying "Sorry I had to clock out, but they (and then gestures to another person) know you're waiting." Okay this was a bit ridiculous but I guess I understand. She was pretty rude about it. I am still waiting, and another salesmen says to another, "she (me) is next." The salesman says "They (a couple who was looking for engagement rings) are my appointment." Huffy, the salesmen walks off. Returns to me 10 minutes later. I give him the ring to be resized, and he writes up my order. He says I can return the next day.
Today I return to pick up my ring only to run into this same sales girl Jessica. Man does she have a poor attitude. She is rude and has terrible customer service skills. She hardly even acknowledged me and when she did talk to me it looked like she would rather be watching paint dry then doing her job. Perhaps something non customer facing would be best for this girl.
The smith shop, did a fantastic job resizing my grandmother's vintage white gold and single cut diamond ring. The young man who I am assuming is a goldsmith as he was wearing a white coat was polite and friendly. Fortunately for me, he took over the transaction for little rude Jessica.
If you ever go to this location avoid a gal who has brown bushy, unstyled hair, about 5.2 and 140 pounds. No makeup and a VERY POOR ATTITUDE!
