  • This dealership has to be hands down the BEST car dealership in the state!!!!!! The customer service is unparalleled and they don't give you that cheesy and aggressive car dealership pressured sale. I went in looking for a dependable car that had great gas mileage for work last year and I ended up leasing a 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid. Not only was my sales transaction 100% seamless, they went above and beyond to give me all of my options, get me into a car that fit all of my specifications, and find the absolute best deal available! I was never a Kia lover, honestly I never even thought about getting a Kia before but after my experience and knowing that Kia has such a remarkable warranty on their vehicles (10 years/100,000miles) I honestly don't believe I will drive anything else. I was so pleased with the service, the value , and the quality of their vehicles that I got my Dad and boyfriend into the Kia family too! Both of them got Kia Optima's but completely different styles because they like different things and their reason for getting the cars were different. Kia matched their needs and finances to the perfect cars for them!! I do have to admit I am extremely jealous of my boyfriends Optima. It's black on black with leather interior, a sun roof, heated and cooling seats and this incredible sound system!! It looks and drives like a luxury car without the luxury car markup. This weekend I helped my little sister get her very first car and she is in love and over the moon ecstatic about her Kia Soul They have preowned vehicles and lease options, they offer manufacturer rebates along with dealership incentives on top and they even deliver paperwork if needed. I just want to say thank you to all of the amazing people at Mark Kia Scottsdale for making car buying hassle and pressure free for once! Everyone has different needs and are in different financial situations. My whole family and more and more friends are becoming part of the Kia Family because they know how to treat their customers and find the best options for them!!! You guys rock!!! Thank you for everything!
