The Wynn buffet is the typical high-end found on the Vegas strip. It's comparable to Bellagio and Ceasars. I've been to the breakfast buffet a number of times. The worst part is the wait to get in.
They always have a good fruit selection. This time they even had a Hawaiian style pineapple with shredded coconut dessert which was very tasty.
All the standards are always available (omelet station, prime rib, pealed shrimp) They always have a few Chinese dishes (pork buns, dumplings, fried rice) some Sushi. This time they had some good extra dishes which I assume they change up. (Anti pasta, shrimp and grits)
They have a dessert bar that I skipped this time because I had the pineapple but they usually have pastries, flan, ice cream, etc.
If you can stand the waiting of 20 minutes to get in, you will leave extra full on your way out.
