  • I love trying new ramen places and this one hit the spot. Despite craving ramen in the Vegas summer heat, this one here has a simple make your own ramen menu along with ready to order dishes. The flavors are more to my liking than I would say maybe Monta and Jinya combined. It's definitely a running up to Ramen Sora but it might just win for me since the miso with mild flavoring opened up the taste buds really well. You could add more if you want but it was the amount of flavors I needed. On the side I had chasu pork buns I believe which needed more flavor and chasu but the main idea of this review is definitely the ramen. I love the environment, it has the feel of what a ramen should should be and you can watch them make handmade noodles so you know the quality of the noodles are always fresh. It is a little far for me since I'm centered in the spring mountain area but the drive is worth it if you want a good ramen fix.
