  • I want to give more stars but the inconsistency in the staff attitude makes me want to reduce the rating. I think the selection is great even though limited. This tells me that they keep a selection that is better of the lot. Small, cozy, and private. So back to the staff - I went there for the first time during the week in the evening and the young guy behind the counter was really helpful. I am not an experienced cigar smoker so he helped me pick out a good one. He even gave me a free cigar cutter to start me off. Then I returned 10 days later (yesterday) in the evening and almost did not want to buy cigars from this gentleman. I even asked him if he was the owner which he was not. It may have been that he thought I was someone wasting his time. Guess what? I walked out with 10 cigars because I needed it for a party I am hosting. Will I go back there? Maybe. I have more to say. I asked for a box to keep and carry out, I was told that "you can buy one." Then could I get another cutter, I was told that "we sell some." Ok then is there a discount for buying 10 cigars, what do you think I was told; "you can buy 10 more and then you can get 10%." Hmm.... There are other places but sure not choosing to support this local business, should I?
