This place was so much better when it was in the middle of a parking lot.
I literally have had the worst experience the last three times I was in here, and Ive been shopping here over the last four years. I normally don't write yelp reviews because I work in customer service and absolutely hate when people use this to complain. But this was not once, not twice, but three times, that I have had multiple employees of this place come off as rude or sassy. I asked the cashier where a primer would be located and she pointed and said "on the other side of that" and when I said I couldn't seem to find it and if I could get someone to help she replied "well if we have it it's in the middle section so you have to look" and when the same cashier rang me up, I had to tell her that I had an ulta card and I asked if she wanted my number and she said I guess. I GUESS?!?! I also have 30 dollars in rewards that I didn't realize I had until I got home and checked my account! she was so rude she didn't ask me how I was or if I found what I was looking for or asked if I wanted to use my 30 dollars. I'm sorry but how hard is it do that part of your job?!!??
Then there was the wonderful lady the other time who told me that she could not tell me when a palette was coming out as it was confidential... what? it's freaking make up. So I definitely didn't go back there to purchase it instead i went to the manufactures website.
I live up the street from here and I would rather drive to the one on lake mead to shop, not only are they cleaner and they're always well stocked (Which is something that this one can't seem to do even though they have hardly as much traffic during the week day) they also have super sweet employees who are always willing to help and answer questions.
