  • I have only been a customer for 5-6 years, no, not every week, not even every month, but they are close, and I trusted their gals??? Went in today early, to have manicure and pedicure! Yes, I told them I needed the water hot, yes, I told them I wanted the chair to massage my back.....I had been doing yard work, and the chair only did a three inch area, worthless! Worker came over, did pedi then moved me to mani area, as I sat down, I said....do not cut nails shorter than shortest nail, yes, I have arthritis, and yes, I do yard work! She cut first nail, pinky down to the point of bleeding, and did same for all???? Yes, she speaks some other language, and yes, she told me she understood, as she filed Even SHORTER. And yes, I tip, quite well, I think! Will I go back? Not likely!
