rev:text	I've been here twice and both times were just awful. The food here is mediocre at best, especially for the price. The first time the service was decent but the Mac n cheese and the wings were completely underwhelming. Yesterday, the service was horrendous and the food was absolutely disgusting. We had the loaded nachos with chicken and guacamole and everything about it was just bad. Cheap, cold dollar store chips, chili that tasted like cheap $1 a can, mystery-meat hot dog chili, the "pulled chicken" was ice cold, had zero seasoning or taste and had a texture as if it had been sitting in a pan of water for hours on end. There was almost no cheese on them and the guacamole was obviously pre-packaged crap as well. To top it off, the nachos EVENTUALLY came to our table sitting in a pool consisting of what I guessed was undrained lettuce water and chicken "juice" and we're soggy. The Romaine for the Cesar salad wasn't drained so there was also a pool of Caesar flavored water at the bottom of the bowl. Service was beyond terrible and everyone around us was complaining. The couple next to us eventually got up and left. I spent years in the food service industry as a server so I am very forgiving of bad service, rarely complain and have never stiffed a sever even for bad service, but I did today. Manager comped our entire meal including drinks so that was cool, but still not worth the headache. I'd rather pay for good service and food than have what we had for free. Sorry, Jerome. I love ya but your place is not worthy of your name.
