As an RN who now must be on oxygen 24/7, I find Apria's attitude offputting. On Monday, I received a robocall stating my unit would be serviced on Thursday (today). I called this morning to get an ETA (I may be on Oxygen but have a portable unit and still work). Got some fool in the Phillipines whose accent made it difficult to understand, had to repeat my name and address 3 times (I am an American English speaker). I was told I would just have to wait for the tech, the best they could do was give me a 4 hour window. About the only thing they do on time is bill. Wish I was not a captive audience d/t my insurance.
