Meh.
I've tried macarons from about a dozen places within the toronto area and these were the WORST. They had a chew like gum to them. They tasted good, but not like a macaron should. Do not come here for the macarons.
The mini fruit tartlet is not great, it was edible but lacked in flavour.
The mini orange and chocolate mousse tartlet was a nice little treat, the orange taste is a bit too subtle though.
The eclairs have been sitting out to long and the moisture had gotten to them, as they were not airy, but heavy.
The sugar cookies are quite delicious and simple.
The mini lime meringue tartlet was DIVINE. The meringue was crisp and fluffy and the chocolate shortbread crust was to die for.
The banana bread was moist and comforting.
They also brew a pretty good cup of coffee.
Prices aren't bad, not cheap but not astronomical. The atmosphere is warm and elegant.
Bottom line though, I would NOT visit again, or recommend to a friend.
