  • I feel like I need to rate this store low due to the lack of knowledge of the employees. We were looking for Amaretto and sweet n sour mix. The first girl we asked said she didn't know but that we could walk to the front our the store to ask someone at the service desk. I looked at her like .... Uh don't you work here? Isn't that a service your store should be providing? Fortunately, someone else I was with find the very least bottle of Amaretto. We asked another employee about the sweet n sour mix. She, too, said she didn't know BUT she would go ask someone. That was a better response. When she returned she told me they didn't sell it. While we were looking for my husband, we find it. Not just one bottle either. The shelf had 4 rows with at least 3-4 bottles in each row. I found the second employee and told her that they did sell it and where it was. She thanked me. I feel like the whole situation would cause me to not want to shop there, if I were a local. I know employees can't know where EVERYTHING is, but the responses I received were terrible.
