My body transformation with Dave Bess (my trainer) at Underground Fitness Arrowhead is like the infomercial's you see on TV for P90X. I'm a 52 year old guy with a 40 hour a week desk job. My goal, before meeting Dave, was to avoid getting fat like most of my coworkers. I was doing cardio and some light weights 4 to 5 days a week just to maintain my weight and I was busting my butt. A friend of mine suggested meeting with Dave (for a free consultation) after working out with him for a few months. I could see the great results my friend was getting so I decided to give Dave a chance to see what he could do for me. I'm 6 feet 2 inches tall and weigh 230 pounds. I have been with Dave for 4 months now and I have packed on about 10 pounds of muscle and lost about 10 pounds of fat. My weight has stayed the same but I lost 2 inches on my waist. My old shirts are all very tight around my chest and arms. My arm (bicep/measurement) is 17.5 inches when rested for a few days (18+ when pumped from a workout). I work out with Dave 3 hours a week for 1 full hour each workout. Dave monitors my nutrition and has set me up with realistic nutrition targets (Macros: calories, carbs, protein and fat). I log everything I eat in an interactive app (on my phone). Dave has 24/7 remote access to my information and keeps me on target. The bottom line is I look and feel fantastic. I get complemented on my physique every day by people I know and sometimes even strangers. They ask me how I got in such great shape and I tell them about Dave. At 52 I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Dave Bess and Underground Fitness. I would never have been able to achieve these results fumbling around in a gym on my own.
