  • Please never ever ever ever ever ever go here. I have/had very long silky smooth hair. I've always received compliments on how healthy and shiny my hair looked. Like the many other poor souls that have left reviews before me, I purchased a groupon for this crappy salon. I had been contemplating and building up my courage to get ombre done for a very long time. Finally, I took the leap. When i finally got started, the "stylist" back combed my hair for an hour and then applied bleach to the ends. Like everyone else, I was told I had to pay extra for the additional foils, which I thought was ridiculous but she told me after the hour of back combing. I agreed to the additional foils. During the bleaching, she put bleach on my bangs and near the top of my head. I thought she had wiped it, but apparently not. To make a long story short, my hair came out a hideous orangey brassy colour even after the toner (which I again had to pay extra for). When I looked in the mirror, I was HORRIFIED. The top half of my hair was my original colour and the bottom half was orange. There were also splotches of orange near my bangs and near the top of my head. Clearly she didn't wipe off the bleach that got on there by accident. I then went up to the bathroom and began to hysterically cry. My husband came upstairs and tried to calm me down. I called over another stylist and showed her the state of my hair. She and the owner grace offered to fix it for me free of charge as if they were doing me some sort of favour. This entire process took 6 hours and the salon had closed by the time I was finished. The owner informed me that I would have to wait three days for the next appointment. I went to work for three days looking like Halloween. Five months later, my hair is FALLING OUT like crazy. The bleach has made the ends of my hair so dry that it is constantly getting tangled. I've bleached my hair before and have never ever had this issue. My pony tail is now half the size that it was before getting my hair done at this horrendous salon. I'm so upset I just never want anyone else to experience the crap that I've experienced here. Please think twice before going here!!!!!!
