  • This is a quaint little sake brewery hidden in the Distillery District. We went here for the tour, where "tour" is used quite loosely, because the place is quite small, so you're just standing in the same spot listening to your guide talk about the brewing process all while tasting different sakes! It turned out to be quite fun and educational, and the guide was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only thing I can suggest for improvement is that they give us handouts with pictures and such to better describe what they're talking about, which would also turn out to be a nice souvenir.
