  • Purchased a new car. While driving over speed bumps or a paddle there was a banging noise coming from the front of the car. Asked to check if there was anything wrong with the suspension and they said that there was nothing wrong with car. I went to another dealer and asked to check the front suspension; they found that a piece of rubber/plastic that is used during the transportation of the car was not removed from the front left suspension when was received at the dealer. Due to the limited swing of the wheel the front left tire was damaged when I drove over a paddle. This created a dangerous driving situation and an expense of about $600 dollars that could have been avoided if the dealer would have inspected the car properly after my complaint or done a not so shoddy job in preparing the car for the road. Avoid this dealer since they can put your life at risk.
