Go somewhere else. Hair is still a jank color even after I went in again to tone it. The highlighted sections still look green, orange, yellow, bronze, brown, and overall-- just weird. I showed the staff a picture of what I wanted to achieve with my hair and it doesn't even look remotely close, even though the color was pretty realistic to achieve. I called it a balayage but what I should've said was colormelt. I had previously used henna in my hair and because of that they couldn't help me achieve the look I wanted (I guess? and the staff made it seem like it was my fault. They were like "what did we learn?" "What?" "That we don't use henna in our hair." The look would've been achieved if all of my ends were colored and toned rather than half of my ends, but the stylist insisted that she do it her way. I would have rather have been turned away if I knew this was going to be the result. Usually your stylist attempts to help you "fix" your hair problems to achieve the look you want, but to me it pretty much just seems like they did the bleach and were like "yeah the weird colors will come out in the sun." Update: they didn't. I would have appreciated it if they didn't send me home like that. Not pleased with the final result and the shampoo I bought to help cancel out certain colors doesn't work. I felt rushed and it was hard to communicate. They really didn't listen to me in the consultation, if there really even was one. I'm going somewhere else to get my hair fixed.
