  • This place is HORRIBLE!!! I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years and know how they should be done and this place does NOT know how to do nails. My daughter, who wanted a fresh set of acrylic nails for the first time in a long while, gave this place a second chance. When she wanted a plain acrylic full set with just gel polish on top, the nail tech insisted that she can only do powder color instead of gel due to her wanting her nails short... What? How does that make any sense?! The experience left her with bloody cuticles and longer nails than what she requested multiple times. When she went to pay, she was charged $40 for the entire job which obviously was from being overcharged on the color powder she didn't want in the first place. Finally, the nail tech asked if she had any cash for tip and while she was taking the only cash in her wallet out, the nail tech SNATCHED the cash out of her hand and stuffed it into her back pocket!!! How is that excusable in any way?! I will tell you, IT IS NOT!!! Never go to this place! You won't get what you wanted and end up having to pay for it anyways. To top it all off, they won't even refund her money for the botched job she received... AND there's supposedly no manager or supervisor available to give a formal complaint to! How is this place a professional establishment?! NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!
