  • I found A Better Appliance Repair through yelp, because of the good reviews. I called spoke with Justin right away. He asked a few questions and we set up an appointment. He arrived on time and spent a good amount of time diagnosing the issue with our Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine. Unfortunately, we decided it better to purchase a new washer, due to the repair costs, but we got a good run out of our machine, longer than what was expected. Justin only charged us a diagnostic fee, for the time spent, which was a very fair price. Bummed we were not able to use his repair services, but he was thorough, and professional, and we would definitely call him again.
