I think some of the other reviews are really being unfair with these guys. The place is still brand new and they are working on fleshing out their menu, seeing what works and what doesn't. So far I have eaten there twice and both times there was good and bad, and I think this will improve given time.
First of all the homemade sausages are amazing. The Artisan Bratwurst is to die for and the New Mexico Chile is equally tasty. I also had a 1/4 rack of ribs with the Pineapple Jerk sauce that was nothing short of astounding it was so good.
The try at a veggie side was horrible, and should be replaced by a steamed veg with some butter sauce, not that sauteed mess. The smoked sirloin was not up to par and should be removed from the menu. I don't think sirloin is a good smoking meat choice. Replace it with some brisket or a tri-tip with a dry rub and you will have a winner. I'm going back tonight to give the meatballs a shot.
