  • I was very impressed! The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. I have chronic neck pain and have been to many chiropractors but never have I experience a chiropractor like Dr. Cohen. I called around to 6 different chiropractors and no one would take me as a first time walk in right then and there which is what I needed because I could not even turn my neck. When I called Advanced Chiropractic and told them about how much pain I was in the staff informed me that the office had just closed but if I could make it down there in 20 min that they would stay late to help me...WOW...that is the first time I have ever been accommodated like that by any Dr. in Las Vegas! Not only that but he was quick and tested different holistic supplements on me to see what my body was deficient in. He sent me home with 4 different holistic supplements instead of prescribing me pain medication. It was so refreshing to have a Dr. not jump right into covering up the pain with pain pills a muscle relaxers. So if you are a pill popper I don't suggest coming here for a persciption but if you want a healthy solution to your pain Dr. Cohen is your guy!
