  • I called and asked for them to run a diagnosis and all I said is that the unit has ripped off label and there seems to be uneven air distribution at home. After cutting me off like 4 times while speaking, .guy basically said..."look, we're busy enough as it is, I don't have time to send out a technician in order to try and figure out what problem you have". I was completely appalled at the disgusting customer service and how this call was handled. It was my first time calling in and the call lasted about 2 minutes. Unreal! Do NOT give this guy your business!
