  • Got one halo therapy session from groupon with a girlfriend. We were extremely excited to try out something new and holistic. The reason I'm only giving two stars is because aside from not having any benefits from our session the customer service was subpar. We waited 15 minutes to get checked in and were handed forms to fill out with minimal interaction with the guy at the front desk. We didn't get a run down of any of the services or what this place has to offer. We were shown how to turn the on button on, in the halo machine.. Not sure if that's the correct name.. I laid in a bed suspended over salt by wooden slates for 20 minutes, then we paid with our groupon coupons and left. A waste of $20 to say the least... Wish I could've enjoyed more of a "healing spa" experience, surely won't be coming back.
