I want to love this place and we will continue to go back simply because it IS fun, but I am frustrated that during toddler time there is not more enforcement from the staff that toddler time means just that: toddler time.
I understand parents have multiple kids of different ages. But it is NOT safe for your BIG kid to be jumping all around my toddler. That is why they have TODDLER time. So while my complaint is not necessarily 100 percent on the staff: the parents do need to control their kids; this is, however, a business and if you are going to advertise toddler time, then please manage it that way.
And because of the waivers you have to agree to prior to participating, there is no real recourse if perhaps your toddler does get hurt. Not complaining about the risk, just highlighting the nuance.
Facilities are fun enough. Snack machines, snack areas, quarter lockers to lock up valuables and shoes if you need them. They provide special grippy socks for the trampolines. A little camera kiosk to take pics and upload to social media.
Happy jumping!
