Update: 5-4-17: WOW! I didn't complain or fuss in the office. 30 minutes late compared to hours by other doctors was nothing. I got a call from the doctor today apologizing. I have NEVER had that happen before. The weird thing is it had to be in response to Yelp since I didn't much care when I was there and didn't much care when I wrote this review... I just noted the fact it was late.
The doc was late but answered all my questions, didn't cop an attitude, and left me understanding what I needed to know to communicate with another doctor about what amounts to a non-problem.

5-3-17 The problem with all Southwest facilities is they are part of an HMO. That means they get a fix amount per patient and not a fee for service. This is an incentive to have a lot of patients and provide minimal care.
I was here to see cardiologist. Got in quickly. Waited in room 30 minutes past appointment time. I was the last appointment of the day and the doc was perfectly nice, answered all my questions, etc but seemed terribly rushed and tired.
I HATE the location. I live a bit of a distance away (Northwest) but didn't want to wait 3 months so took a cancellation at this location. Eastern was shut down for some reason. My navigator (Waze) took me in a weird loop but it worked. Two security guards patroling the place.
Southwest has tons of locations but if you are going to see a specialist it's pretty much alwasy going to be in a crappy, high crime area.
