I stopped here by chance when I was walking around searching for a restaurant for dinner. The reviews on Yelp were good, so I went in! What struck me is that it seems to be a family-owned/operated restaurant, which I like. Seating was a bit tight, but cozy. Though if you want private conversations, you may go elsewhere. I could hear every word of the neighbors' conversation. Service was prompt, and I ordered a small Sapporo beer to start. I was pleasantly surprised when edamame came with it (though another reviewer said that it comes complimentary with a meal). I ordered the sashimi dinner (20 pieces) and sadly I could not finish it all - which says a lot for me since I have an enormous appetite! One of the fish varieties tasted a bit off to me, so I did not eat those pieces. But all in all, everything was delicious (especially the salmon). Dinner came with rice, miso soup, and salad. The salad had a yummy (seemed homemade) dressing with bits of ginger in it - just the right amount and not over-powering. I'd go back!
