  • Very mediocre property. Went for a last minute weekend getaway. Our casita was average at best. We had a view of the parking lot. The whole property is uninspiring. It's very crowded and pedestrian. Does not have an air of exclusivity at all. Perhaps this is at least partially attributable to it being the busy season. However, the pool was so crowded that it did not appear inviting. It feels more like a Marriott to me. Lots of families and kids there, which is nice, but not what I had in mind for a spa/resort getaway weekend. The concierges were nice, as were the valets. The food at the Jean Georges restaurant was lovely.
